3 Pillars are exceptional wines sourced by our three owners from prestigious California appellations and winegrowers. The quality of the individual 3 Pillars wines exhibit a “sense of place” or terroir found in the best wines of the world. The “Los Carneros” Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard in the Sonoma region of the Carneros appellation. Famous for its’ characteristics of fresh minerality yet balanced profile while coupled with a vibrant acidity, the wine shows enticing flavors and aromas of ripe stone fruit (peaches, nectarines). Generous mouthfeel and lingering finish.
