87 pts, WE: Pale straw color with greenish tints. Jasmin, honeysuckle white floral aromas with soft, citrus, gooseberry, lemon-lime, peach, guava, and tropical fruits. On the palate further expressions of apple blossom, passion fruit apricot, nectarine, honeydew melon. Acidity sits at medium plus, medium body, flavor intensity at medium plus with a light medium finish. It tells you all about it self on the palate and then wipes clean.  Food Pairing: Aperitif or to accompany low-fat cheeses, such as fresh, goat or Parmesan cheese, green salads, lettuce and celery, as well as white meat fish such as sea bass, pippin, sushi and raw shellfish in general as oysters, oysters, males.
